    Answer: (4) 1

    Explanation:-
    10^y = 0.0001
      = 1/10000
      = 1/10^4
    10^y  = 10 ^- 4
    Comparing on both side,
    y  = – 4

    3^4x = 81^-1
       = 3^4 x – 1
    3^4x  = 3 ^ – 4
    Comparing on both side,
    4 x = – 4
    x = – 1

    2^-x . 16^1/y
    Put the value of x = -1 & y = – 4
    Then, 2^ – (-1) . 16^1/-4
    = 2^1 . 16^-1/4
    = 2^1. 2^4 x (-1/4)
    = 2 . 2^-1
    = 2/2
     = 1

    Then, the value of 2^-x . 16^1/y is 1.

    Hence, the answer is (4) 1.
