Solution:-
‘P’ means ‘+’,
‘Q’ means ‘x’,
‘T’ means ‘/’,
‘V’ means ‘-‘.

Then, 18P12T4Q8V10
Put the value of P, T, Q & V.
= 18 + 12/4 x 8 – 10
= 18 + 24 – 10
= 18 + 14
= 32

Hence, the correct answer is option (3) 32.
