    Answer: (b) (1 – 4 X) (2 X -1)

    Solution:-
    2 X + 4 Y – 8 X Y – 1
    – 8 X Y + 2 X + 4 Y – 1
    – 2 X (4 Y – 1) + 1 (4 Y – 2)
    (1 – 2 X ) (4 Y – 1)
    – (1 – 4 X) (1 – 2 X)
    (1 – 4 X) (2 X – 1)

    Then, 2 X + 4 Y – 8 X Y – 1 = (1 – 4 X) ( 2 X -1)

    Hence, the correct answer is option (b) (1 – 4 X) (2 X -1)
