If 3^x-3^(x-1)-18 then find the value of x^x?

If 3x-3x-1-18 then find the value of xx?
(a) 27
(b) 29
(c) 30

    Answer: (1) 27

    Solution:-
    3^x – 3^x – 1 = 18
    3^x – 3^x/3 = 18
    3^x (1 -1/3) = 18
    3^x = 18 x 3/2
    3^x = 9 x 3
    3^x = 3^3
    Comparing on both side, 
    x = 3

    Then, the value of x^x = 3^3 
     = 3 x 3 x 3 
     = 27. 

    Hence, the correct answer is option (1) 27.
