    Woodrow Wilson

Woodrow Wilson said, “A living thing is born” after the League of nation’s Covenant was drafted. Woodrow Wilson (28 December 1856 – 3 February 1924) was an American 28th President of the United States from 1913 to 1921. Woodrow Wilson had welcomed the birth of the League of Nations: “A living thing is born.” Unfortunately, the League ran into difficulties from the start. The United States refused to join; too long a time elapsed before Germany was admitted or the USSR asked to join.
