The acid rain is firstly identified in 1872,  Acid Rain is a type of rain that occurs due to high gaseous pollution in the atmosphere. In the atmosphere when a lot of acids added. Acid gases are produced by fuel oil, coal and other burning materials are burned in power stations or  Industrial level. Most of these acidic gases are blown into the sky and mix with clouds it can because rain. Human activities are the main cause of acid rain, all these harmful gases are released by human for their requirement. the acidity of rain is measured by the pH scale, acid rain has the pH value about 4.3.

Cause of acid rain : acid rain is caused by both naturally and by man – made ; by nature means  nitrogen ( NOx ) is produced due to extreme heating of air and by thundering of light, sulfur ( SO2 )  is produced due to volcanic eruption and due to rotten vegetables. or by man made means by burning fossil fuels, smokes of automobiles, etc. .
