Caffeine is a bitter substance found in coffee, tea, soft drinks, chocolate, Kola nuts and certain medicine. Teens usually get most of their caffeine from soft drinks and energy drinks. You know that Caffeine is considered to be the most commonly used the psychoactive drug in the world. The effects of caffeine persist for about three hours or less.
