    Answer: (4) 13
    Explanation:-
    Let be the A, B, C & D pays Rs.P, Rs.Q, Rs.R & Rs.S.
    According to the question,
    P = (Q + R + S)/2   …………………. (1)
    Q = (P + R + S)/2   ………………….. (2)
    R  = (P + Q + S)/2 …………………… (3)
    Total purchase a gift worth = Rs.60
    Then, P + Q + R + S = 60
    Now, put the value of P + Q + S ,
    Then, 4 R + R = 60
    5 R = 60
    R = 12
    Same as, on putting the values of P + R + S ,
    3 Q + Q = 60
    4Q = 60
    Q = 60/4
    Q = 15
    Again putting value of
    (Q + R + S ,
    2 P + P = 60
    3 P = 60
    P = 60/3
    P = 20
    Now, P  + Q + R + S = 60
    On putting value of P, Q, R, we get
    12 + 15 + 20 + S = 60
    S = 60 – 47
    S = 13
    Hence, D pays Rs.13.
