Article 198 of Indian Constitution

Article 198 of Indian Constitution provides procedure regarding money bills. If a State Legislative Council withholds a money bill and refuses to send it back to Legislative Assembly. After how many days the bill shall deemed to have been passed by both the houses of the Assembly?
