    Promotion of cooperative societies

    The Newly inserted Article 43-B in the Constitution deals with Promotion of Cooperative societies.  In Part IV a new Article 43B was inserted addressing;

    “The state shall endeavour to promote voluntary formation autonomous functioning, democratic control and professional management of the co-operative.”
