    Answer: (4) 19
    Explanation:-

    The average of 20 numbers = 0
    Therefore, the sum of 20 numbers = 20 x 0 = 0
    It is possible that sum of 19 numbers is (X) and the 20th number is (-X) then, the average can be Zero.

    Hence, the answer is (4) 19.
