    Answer: (2) Rs.980
    Explanation:-
Cost of a bag of rice = Rs.800
    Then, cost of the 7 bags of rice = 7 x 800 = Rs.5600

Cost of a bag of rice = Rs.1000
    Then, cost of 8 bag of rice = 8 x 1000 = Rs.8000

Cost of a bag of rice = Rs.1200
    Then, cost of 5 bags of rice = 5 x 1200 = Rs.6000

    Total bags of rice = 7 + 8 + 5 = 20
    Total cost of rice = 5600 + 8000 + 6000 = Rs.19600

The average cost of a bag of rice = 19600/20
    = Rs.980
Hence, the answer is (2) Rs.980.
