    Rajagopalachari organized a march on the Tanjore coast to break salt law in April 1930. Salt law is also known as Dandi March. It was began on 12 March 1230 by Mohan Das Karamchandra Gandhi.
    Rajagopalachari became the first governor general of independent India and he became a leader the congress leader of India in 1930. C. Rajagopalachari took the very important role in break salt law. He started the Vedaranyam Salt March with his band of followers From Tiruchirapalli.
    On 13 April, He started the Vedaranyam Salt March with his band of followers From Tiruchirapalli. C. Rajagopalachari with a batch of 10 Satyagrahis picked up the salt on 30 April.
