    Carotene is the name derived from “Carota” means “carrot”.
    It is synthesized by plants, and it can not make by animals.Carotene is a type of Photosynthetic pigment for plants.It absorbs the ultravoilet, voilet, usually red or blue and yellow.


    Carotene is also reponsible for colour of carrots as well as oranges.Catotene is of three types as alpha carotene, beta carotene and gamma-carotene.

    You know that carrot is a root vegetable, commonly found in orange color, though purple, red, white and yellow varieties exist. The part of the carrot that we eat is known as a taproot. Carrots are a good source of fiber, which is good for the health of your digestive system. Carrots are the second most popular type of vegetable after potatoes. There are over 100 species of carrots
