    Cloves is such a type of spices and herbs and a most popular spices in the world. Clove tree is an evergreen tree. The scientific name of cloves is Syzygium aromaticum.  Calve name came from the Latin word a clavus. it’s meaning nail.

Cloves are used for the manufacture of ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and Chinese five-spice powder.
