    Mahadeo Hills are in the West of Maikala Hills

    Mahadeo hills are the part of Satpura range, lies between Satpura hills and Maikala hills. Mahadeo Hills, sandstone hills located in northern part of the Satpura Range, the hills have small plateaus and steep scraps that were formed during the carboniferous period.

    Satpura Range hill is the part of Deccan plateau western India. The Satpura means ‘seven folds’ forms the watershed between the Narmada (n) and tapti (s) river.
