    Pran was a famous Indian Hindi film actor best know for his character of villains . He was born on 12 February 1920  in a Punjabi family in Old Delhi.
    He acted in 350 films . He was awarded by Film Fare Award for four times , three times as best supporting actor and fourth time Life Time Achievement Award.

    The Government of India honoured him with the Padma Bhushan in 2001 and the Dadasaheb Phalke Award in 2013 for his contributions to the arts.
    In 2010, he was named on the list of CNN’s Top 25 Asian actors of all time.
