What will be the Distance between A and B? If

Two trains start at the same time from A and B and proceed toward each other at the speed of 75 km/hr and 50 km/hr respectively. When both meet at a point in between, one train found to be travelled 175 km more than the other. Find the distance between A and B

Answer: (3) 875 km

Explanation:-
The speed of one train  = 75 km/hr
The speed of other train = 50 km/hr

One train found to be traveled 175 km more than other. 
Then, the time taken by trains to travel journey = 175/(75 – 50)
 = 175/25
 = 7 hrs

Therefore, the distance covered by the first train  = 75 x 7
 = 525 km

And the distance covered by the other train B = 50 x 7 
 = 350 km

Then, the total distance between A and B = 525 + 350
 = 875 km

Hence, the answer is (3) 875 km.
