    Answer:  (4) X gain Rs. 3150.

    Explanation:-
    The price of a house = Rs. 1, 50, 000

    X sold to Y = 5% profit
    Then, the selling price of house = 1, 50, 000  + 1, 50, 000 x 5/100
    = 1, 50, 000 + 7500
    = Rs. 1, 57, 500

Y sells the house back to X 2% loss,
    Then, the selling price = 1, 57, 500 – 1, 57, 500 x 2/100
    = Rs. 157500 – 3150
    = Rs. 154350

    Then, the gain of X = 157500 – 1543500
    = Rs. 3150

Hence, the answer is (4) X gain Rs. 3150.
