  1. He able to locate new source of income
  2. He is able to fufill his needs with a given level of income
  3. His income and expenditure are equal
  4. He can fulfill his needs without consumption of certain items.

    A consumer is said to be in Equilibrium If he is able to fulfill his needs with a given level of income. A Consumer equilibrium is a situation in which a person gets maximum satisfaction.
