    The given observations are 1,2,2,3,3,3,4,4,4,4,5,5,5,5,5,6,6,6,6,6,6,7,7,7,7,7,7,7.
    the mean is same as average. the number of observations is 28 and sum of the observations is 140.

    Average = sum of observations / total number of observations
    Average = 140 / 28
    Average = 5.
    Alternative mean = average = 5
