A polyhedron has 6 faces and 8 vertices. The number of its edges is

    Answer; (1) 12
    Explanation:-
    Formula-
    V – E + F = 2
    Where, V denotes vertices, E denotes edge  and F denotes face.
    Given-
    F = 6    and     V = 8
    Then,  8 – E  + 6 = 2
    – E = 2 – 14
    – E = – 12
    E = 12
    Hence, there are 12 edges in the polyhedron.
