    Answer: (4) 153

    4 + 3 = 7,  7 + 2 x 3 = 7 + 6 = 13.
    13 + 2 x 6 = 13 + 12 = 25,
    25 + 2 x 12 = 25 + 24 = 49,
    49 + 2 x 24 = 49 + 48 = 97,
    97 + 2 x 48 = 97 + 96 = 193.

    Then, the wrong term is 153.

    Hence, the answer is (4) 153.
