    Fish is a first class protein as it contains essential amino-acids.
    Protein is essential for growth and repair of the body and maintenance of good health.Protein also provides energy, the amount of protein we need changes during a lifetime.

    Proteins are one of the essential food ingredients described as either first class proteins, or second class proteins, or second class proteins, made up of long chain amino acids, either essential or non-essential.
    First class proteins are proteins found from animals, and second class proteins are proteins found from plants.

    There are two types of Protein Rich Foods
    First Class Proteins are those items which have sufficient quantities of essential amino acids in their molecular make up. Animal meat as well as dairy product fall under this category and are rich protein sources.
    Second Class Proteins are those which are relatively milder when it comes to protein content and composition. Proteins obtained from vegetable sources belong to this category.

    Twenty-two amino acids have been identified as necessary for body growth, rebuilding of cells and health.
    Fish is general are the most preferred as well as great sources of pretein. Wild Salmon is one of the best high protein food. Tuna is another great option where a single of tuna provide about 25 gr. of protein.
