    ILO organizations is the oldest.  The International Labour Organization (ILO) was founded in 1919, United National agency which dealing with labour issue. The headquarters of ILO is in Geneva. This organization dedicated to promoting social justice, labor rights and human rights.

    This organization was created by Part Xlll of the Versailles Peace Treaty ending World War l. In his 86th Conference organization adopted the Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work and those are:

    • The right of workers to associate freely and bargain collectively
    •  The end of forced and compulsory labour
    •  The end of child labour
    •  The end of unfair discrimination among workers.
