    Megasthenes (350 B.C – 250 B.C) was an ambassador of Greece at Mauryan court.

    Greece feud seleucus was invaded on India by the desire to expand the state but he was forced to treaty. Megasthenes came India in to the court of Chandragupta according to the pact.

    He wrote a book names “Indica” in which he shares his views on India.
