    Answer: (4) 2√3 cm

    Explanation:-
    The side of a equilateral triangle = 4 cm

    Formula-
    The height of the equilateral triangle = √3 x side of the triangle/2

    Then, the height of the equilateral triangle = √3 x 4/2
    = 2 √3

    Then, the height of the equilateral triangle is 2Ö3 cm.

    Hence, the answer is (4) 2√3 cm.
