    Answer: (1) 37.5%

    Explanation:-
Let the income of a man be Rs.X
A man spends 75% of his income,
    Then, Saving = X – X x 75/100
    = X – 3 X/ 4
    = X / 4

His income is increased by 20%
    Then, the income = X x 120/100
    = 6 X/5
    Increased his expenditure 10 %
    Then, 3 X x 110/4 x 100
    = 33 X /40
    New Saving = 6 X / 5 – 33 X/ 40
    = (8 x 6 X – 33 X)/40
    = (48 X – 33 X)/40
    = 15 X /40 = 37 .5
    Saving increased by  37.5 %.

Hence, the answer is (1) 37.5%.
