If a person walks at 14 km/hr speed instead of 10 km/hr, he would have walked 20 km more. The actual distance travelled by him is
(a) 50 km
(b) 56 km
(c) 70 km
(d) 80 km

    Answer: (a) 50 km

    Solution:-
    Let the time taken  be X hr.

    According to the question, 
    14 X – 10 X = 20
    4 X = 20
    X = 20/4
    X = 5

    Actual distance = 10 X = 10 x 5
     = 50 km 

    Hence, the correct answer is option (a) 50 km.
