    Answer: (3) 30: 19 

    Explanation:-
    X : Y = 3: 2
    Then, X = 3 and Y = 2
    (2X2 + 3Y2) : (3X2 – 2 Y2)

    Pu the value of X = 3 & Y = 2,
    Then, (2 x 32 + 3 x 22) : (3 x 32 – 2 x 22)
     = (2 x 9 + 3 x 4) : (3 x 9 – 2 x 4)
     = (18 + 12) : (27 – 8)
     = 30: 19

    Then, the value of (2X2 + 3Y2) : (3X2 – 2 Y2) is 30: 19. 

    Hence, the correct answer is option (3) 30: 19.
