    Answer: (2) 5 days

    Explanation:-
    4 men = 8 women
    Then, 1 man = 2 women
    4 man can do a work = 15 days

    Formula-
    M1D1 = M2D2
    Where, M = number of men  & D = Number of days

    Then, M1 = 4 , D1 = 15 , M2 = (6 + 6) = 12 , D2 =?

    Then, 4 x 15 = 12 X ?
    ? = 60 /12
    ?  = 5 days
    Then, 5 days can 6 men and 12 women do the same piece of work.

    Hence, the answer is (2) 5 days.
