    Answer: (2) Agriculture Produce Market Committee Act  enacted by states. 

    Explanation: –
    Agriculture produce means the production of all crops and processed of agriculture, horticulture, sericulture, horticulture, apiculture and products of livestock.

    In India, markets in agricultural products are regulated under the agriculture produce market committee act enacted by the states. Agriculture markets of the country are established and controlled by the APMC Acts. The whole area of the state is divide as market area which is managed by market committee.
