    Malthus

James Mill and David Ricardo supported the law. Thomas Malthus and John Stuart Mill questioned the doctrine that general gluts cannot occur.

According to Say’s Law, when an Individual produces a product or service then that individual gets paid for his work, and is then able to use that pay to demand other goods and service.
