    Smelling

Jacobson’s Organ is related to Smelling, Jacobson’s organ also known as vomeronasal organ.  This organ was named for its discoverer, Danish anatomist Ludvig Levin Jacobson, in 1811. The vomeronasal organ is the peripheral sensory organ of the accessory olfactory system. This organ is vested on the top of the mouth in reptiles and mammals, and this organ works by sensing the chemicals such as pheromones.
