Fructose is the main component of Honey. Honey is produced by bees and mainly contains various sugars and water.

Honey content analysis:

  • Fructose – 38.2 %
  • Glucose – 31.3 %
  • Water – 17.2 %
  • Maltose – 7.1 %
  • Sucrose – 1.3 %
  • Higher sugars – 1.5 %
