    Galena

Metallic Ore is a kind of rock form which can be extracted. Metals occur in all kinds of rocks but usually in concentrations that are too low to be mined. Galena has been a lead ore for a long time. Galena was used as an early cosmetic like cerussite and nowadays, lead is used in storage batteries.
