    Immunization of children against seven vaccine-preventable diseases

    Mission Indradhanush of the Union Government is related to immunization of children against seven vaccine-preventable diseases namely diphtheria, whooping cough, tetanus, polio, tuberculosis, measles and hepatitis B by 2020 is the aim of Government of India, Union Health Minister J.P Nadda was launched Mission Indradhanush on 25 December 2014. Mission Indradhanush was launched on the birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna Madan Mohan Malaviya and birthday of Bharat Ratan Atal Bihar Vajpayee.
