Devaluation means is a Avmulyanand Devaluation of Mudra means the value of currency downfall.  Its occurs when imports become more than exports then the value of the currency starts declining. Here we can easily understand, A goods which we import is needs the country more from other countries. Hence if the demand for Indian goods falls, hereof the demand for Indian rupee falls also.
