Option 3 is the right answer.

National Youth Day is celebrated in India on 12 January on the birthday of Swami Vivekananda. In 1984 the Government of India declared the day as the National Youth Day and since 1985 the event is celebrated in India every year.

Swami Vivekananda was an Indian Hindu monk and chief disciple of saint Ramakrishna. He was a key figure in the introduction of the Indian philosophies of Vedanta and Yoga to the Western world.and is credited with raising interfaith awareness, bringing Hinduism to the status of a major world religion during the late 19th century.
