    Answer:  4. Recycling;

    Non-Biodegradable wastes is that type of waste product, which is not completely ‘decomposed’ by any process or by the living micro-organisms.

    Examples: Plastic, Polythene etc.

    Processes of Waste Management:

    1. Burning:  In this process we burns all those materials as Trees leaf, Cattle waste, Paper, Kitchen waste, Plastics, Synthetic Fiber, and etc. Then biodegradable waste are completely decomposed but non-biodegradable waste not completely decomposed as Plastics and Synthetic Fiber and environmental harms will also be caused by burning.
    On burning plastics Carbon Monoxide is produced which is toxic in nature.

    2. Dumping: It is that type of process in which waste material are dumped in any outer or in an open area. \

    3. Burying:  It is the process in which waste material are stored in a deep dug.

    These three process not best to get rid of Non-Biodegradable waste.

    So Recycling is the best process of non-biodegradable waste management by we will re-use waste product.

    Example of Recycling: If we have a old and not good working mobile phone, then we Recycled it to its Company, the company will use its good parts in making a new mobile phone.
