    Answer: (4) Nucleus 

    Nucleolus is present within the nucleus. It is the center of the cell. It is the red blood cell of the salmon and it is the largest celluar organelle in the animals. 

    The first nucleus was described by Antoni van Leeuwenhoek with the simple microscope in 1710.
