    Bougainvillea is a genus of thorny ornamental vines, bushes and trees with flower like spring leaves its flowers.

    Its flower many in colour, ranging white, rad, mauve, purple-red and orange. It can be propagated from stem and root cutting. Its fruit is a small, inconspicuous, dry, elongated achene.

    Its native to Brazil, Peru, Bolivia and Chubut Province, but it has been introduced in many other area.
