    Answer: (4) 12.5
    Explanation:-
    Mr. Y purchased a flat = Rs.9,25,000.
    He spent for its renovation = Rs.35,000
    The total cost price of flat = 9,25,000 + 35,000
    = Rs.9,60,000
    He sold the  flat = Rs.10,80,000
    Profit = 10,80,000 – 9,60,000
    = Rs.1,20,000
    Profit% = 1,20,000 x 100/9,60,000
    = 12.5%
    Hence, the answer is (4) 12.5.
