Answer: (4) 6% 

Explanation:-
The ratio of principal and the simple interest of five years = 10: 3
Then, the percentage of simple interest of five years = 30%

So, the rate of simple interest  = 30/5
 = 6%

Hence, the answer is (4) 6%.
