How Many Runs Cricket Player Made in His Next Inning

The average runs of a cricket player of 10 inning was 32. How many runs must he made in his next inning, So as to increase his average runs by 4?

    Answer: (c) 76
    Explanation:

    Given, the average runs of 10 crickets players = 32
    Therefore sum of runs of 10cricket players = 32 x 10 = 320

    According to question, average increase by 4 runs, then the average will be = 32 + 4 = 36

    The sum of runs of 11 cricket players = 36 x 11 = 396

    The player made runs in his next inning, the difference between the sum of runs of 11 players and sum of runs 10 players = 396 – 320 = 76
