    Sea salt

Sea salt should not be used as dining table salt because sea salt is differ from table salt like as in their taste, texture and processing. First side sea salt which produced through evaporation of ocean water or salt water lakes and other side table salt which is mostly mined from underground salt deposits. Both salt have the same basic nutritional value. Sea salt is unrefined salt. You know that every cell of your body contain salt.
