    Answer: (4) 4/3
    P/Q = 7

    Then, P = 7    and   Q = 1

    (P + Q)/ (P – Q) = (7 + 1)/ (7 – 1)

    = 8/6 = 4/3                                   Ans.

    Hence, the value of (P + Q)/ (P – Q) = 4/3.
