    Answer:  (4) 5 + 2 – 12 x 6 /2 = 10

    If ‘-‘ stands for addition, ‘+’ for multiplication, ‘/’ for subtraction and ‘x’ for division.

    Taken option (1),
    Put the value of signs  in the option (1),
    Then, 5 – 2 x 12 /6 + 2 = 4
    5 – 2 x 2 + 2
    5 – 4 + 2
    1 + 2  = 3
    3 does not equal to 4.
    Then, this option is not correct.

    Taken option (2),
    Put the value of signs  in the option (2),
    Then, 5 x 2 + 12 – 6/2 = 13
    10 + 12 – 3
    22 – 3
     = 19
    19 is does not equal to 13,
    This option is not correct.

    Taken option (3),
    Put the value of signs  in the option,
    Then, 5 + 2 x 12 /6 – 2 = 27
    5 + 2 x 2 – 2
    5 + 4 – 2
    9 – 2
     = 7
    7 does not equal to 27.
    This option is also incorrect.

    Put the value of signs  in the option,
