    Answer : (4) 78% of all students

    The total percentage of students appeared in Examination = 100%

    The percentage of students fail in Mathematics = 19%,

    Percentage of students fail in English = 10%,

    and percentage of students fail in both subjects = 7%.

    Now, we have to find number of students passed in both subjects;

    Total percentage of fail students in examination = 12% fail in only mathematics + 3% fail in English only + 7% fail in both subjects
    = 22% students are failed in examination.

    Percentage of students passed in the examination = total percent of students appeared in exam – total percent of students failed in examination
    = 100% – 22%
    = 78%

    Hence, the number of students passed in both subjects is 78%.
