    Explanation:-
    The successive discounts are = 10% and 20%
    Then, the single discounts = 10 + 20 – 10 x 20/100
    = 30 – 2
    = 28%

    Then, successive discount of 20% and 10% are equivalent to single discount of 28%.

    Hence, the answer is (4) 28%.
